Jil Gazley-Starkey is a respected professional with over 25 years experience in residential real estate sales in the Phoenix, Scottsdale and Paradise Valley areas. In 1988 she earned her broker's license and in 2005 she became a Certified Residential Specialist.
Jil's interest in the real estate business began early on. Her father, along with two other partners started Ed Post Realty in 1949. It became one of the three largest companies in the valley and was purchased in 1982 by Coldwell Banker. She worked for Ed Post Realty during summer vacations as she went through grade school and high school. With real estate experience from the ground floor it was a natural progression for her to enter the field in 1982.
After her father's company was purchased by Coldwell Banker, she joined Cliff Winn Realtors where she worked for several years. In 1990, she joined Realty Executives, where she has been an award winning agent for the past 17 years.
Jil's philosophy is to treat each and every client as she would a personal friend. She is always looking out for her client's best interest with the intentions of building an ongoing relationship with them, not just looking for the successful completion of one transaction.
